Orait2...rajin plak daku wat entry ni kali....smlm aku tetgk n tebca la blok gadis ni...santik..enrty pun mimang bgus2....entry yg paling aku suka pasal cara2 pkai inner n slendang..i likike gitu heeeeee .tp paling best dia ada share tips2 diet shat...

1.JANGAN SKIP MKN BREAKFAST,LUNCH N DINNER..KURANGKAN PORTION JA...mlm kalo tetiba rasa lapo..minum milo+roti...(ni tuk mengelakkan c pendiet kebulur)
2.destroy Junk Foods(ohhh mimang sa queen of junk food la..jd kena kurangkan la ye mkn benda alah mcm ni huhu)
3.be active(means exercise ler) x pyh exercise berat2..juast jln ja..tp bukan la jln lenggang kangkung...hehehhehe

daku mo try la yg ni..coz skrg mcm x jadik je amalan gue ni...ajaran sesat kot haha..
***penat dgr org ckp n tanya="leyna napa makin "SIHAT" skrg ni"? daku x tau nak jwb apa....(stress wokeh)...
